Odoo. A digital frontier. I tried to picture the way I can submit my support requests to the Helpdesk Team. What's the process look like? Instant, convenience? How were the tickets responded? I kept dreaming of a system where i can address my requests easily. And then, one day, I logged in. 

What you can do in Odoo as User?

  • Request for assistance in term of IT related hardware & software.
  • Request support for event equipment setup (mini speakers, camera, etc.)
  • Request or relinquish access for SEDC Microsoft Active Directory, cloud storage & network.

What is Odoo?

Odoo is a Belgian suite of business management software tools that include customer relationship management, in which SEDC utilize as Information Technology Service Management (technically a ticketing system for technical issues or requests, what we called SupportGO.

ITSM stands for IT Service Management. It's a set of practices aimed at designing, delivering, operating, and controlling IT services to meet the needs of an organization and its customers.

One of Key Components of ITSM:

  • Service Operation: Managing day-to-day IT service delivery and support.

Our Vision: To serve and delivery SEDC need for IT technical requests.
Our Mission: To meet upkeep of 99.5% in accuracy and resolve time for each ticket submitted by user.

Business Hours: 8AM to 5PM (Mon - Fri)
