Odoo. A digital frontier. I tried to picture the way I can submit my support requests to the Helpdesk Team. What's the process look like? Instant, convenience? How were the tickets responded? I kept dreaming of a system where i can address my requests easily. And then, one day, I logged in.
What you can do in Odoo as User?
- Request for assistance in term of IT related hardware & software.
- Request support for event equipment setup (mini speakers, camera, etc.)
- Request or relinquish access for SEDC Microsoft Active Directory, cloud storage & network.
What is Odoo?
Odoo is a Belgian suite of business management software tools that include customer relationship management, in which SEDC utilize as Information Technology Service Management (technically a ticketing system for technical issues or requests, what we called SupportGO.
